How do I manually sync my step count data with Lightfoot Gets Active if I missed the initial prompt?

To get started with Lightfoot Gets Active, you need to manually allow access to your step counting data.

To allow Lightfoot Gets Active to sync with the correct data, please do the following:

iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > Health > Data Access and Device
  • Select Winnie
  • Toggle on to allow step data access

Android:

  • Go to Health Connect > App Permissions
  • Select Winnie
  • Toggle on to allow step data access

Please note: you will have been prompted to do this when you first logged into Lightfoot Gets Active – you only need to follow the steps above if you have not previously enabled step count data access.
