I have a sync issue with Samsung Health
Winnie doesn’t directly collect your step count: to get this information, Winnie needs to sync with a different system on your phone.
We are aware of some syncing issues with Samsung Health, so if you are using this app to track your steps, please make sure that your Health Connect app is also syncing with Google Fit.
Please ensure you’ve set up Health Connect properly, following the instructions on this page.
