My data is missing or inaccurate, what shall I do?
Please ensure that you have correctly configured your app to collect step data. Full instructions on how to set up Winnie to track your steps can be found here.
Your step count data is regularly uploaded to our servers from your device. This information is then updated whenever you interact with the app. The data transfer can take a little time, so you might notice small differences between the step count shown in your device data and the number in Gets Active.
Please also note that device data is merged and processed by Google Play or Apple (depending on what kind of device you have) using their own algorithms. This means your device step data will never exactly match the app step data. However, the two numbers should be similar.
If your step count is not updating, please try visiting different areas of the app, as this may resolve the problem. If your step count still hasn’t updated after an hour, please reach out to Customer Support
