My data is missing or inaccurate, what shall I do?

Your step count data is regularly uploaded to our servers from your device, then this information is updated whenever you interact with the app. The data transfer can take a little time, so you might¬†notice a minor difference between your device step count data and your step count in Gets Active. If your step count hasn’t updated at all, please try visiting different areas of the app as this should reset it. If your step count still hasn’t updated after an hour, please reach out to Customer Support
