I’ve not yet received my activation code, how long will it take?

If you requested your activation code via the app or by visiting, currently this a manual process and will need someone to check the details you submitted and send you your activation details. If you have sent your request outside of the standard working hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, then we will respond the next working day.

We will always respond to you with either your activation details or a reason why we cannot send them to you. For example, your fleet hasn’t gone live yet.
