The app says DQ instead of showing my journey score. What does DQ mean?
DQ stands for Doesn’t Qualify.
You must have driven more than 10 miles that week (Monday to Sunday) to receive your score and qualify for the leagues. You will see this indicator on your email reports and dashboard if the Lightfoot in your vehicle has reported that you have driven less than 10 miles during that week. This could be because you either haven’t driven the vehicle, or you have not been assigned to the correct vehicle.
If you feel you have driven more than 10 miles since Monday please bring this up with your company fleet team to ensure you are using the correct Driver ID or that you are assigned to the correct vehicle. If they need to, they’ll contact the Lightfoot Support team.
