Not all my journeys are showing on the app, why is this?

There could be many different reasons for this:

  1. Ensure you are using your correct Driver ID with a live Lightfoot unit fitted.
  2. If there is not a live/working Lightfoot device in the vehicle then your journeys will not be recorded.
  3. If your vehicle is not assigned to you in the Lightfoot fleet portal – please speak to your fleet manager/team to check
  4. Ensure your account is linked to your fleet driving data, this can be found under settings in your account. If not please request your activation details by visiting www.lightfoot.co.uk/driver-activation
