I am swiping my card but my journeys are not being logged, why is this?

Please ensure that you are using the correct or most recent card in the cab. Do not stick your card to or in front of the RFID reader as this can cause your card to not be recognised. Please check that you have no damage to your card, if you do, please request a new one from your fleet. If you are still having issues please contact our Support Team with the below information:

1) Your name
2) Vehicle registration
3) Information about your card usage
– Do you hear the request for your card?
– What happens when you scan your card?
– (If applicable) Confirm if your card allows you to access buildings or works in other fleet vehicles.
