Do I need to sign out from the Lightfoot device once my shift is done?

No you don’t need to log out, there are a couple of different ways that the next person will be identified:

1. Your fleet team have determined the specific time that your Driver ID will be stored by Lightfoot once you have switched off the engine. For example, if it is 15 mins, if you jump back in within the 15mins then it will not ask you to enter your Driver ID. If it is outside of the 15mins then it will ask you to enter your Driver ID.
2. If a new Driver ID is entered then it will override the previously entered Driver ID.
